Thank you for shopping with Joun’s Wholesale. This policy explains how orders are processed, how you schedule your delivery, and what to expect. All orders ship free to all 50 U.S. states, delivered by our own trucks and, where needed, by air freight.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
• Orders placed after [time, e.g., 3:00 PM ET] or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
• You will receive an order confirmation email right after purchase.

2. Free Delivery Across the USA

We deliver to every U.S. state at no shipping charge, with no minimum purchase. Depending on your location and the products ordered, your order will be delivered by:

• Our own trucks and drivers, or
• Air freight combined with local truck delivery, for distant or hard-to-reach locations.

We choose the delivery method that gets your order to you safely and efficiently. The method does not change your price. Shipping is always free.

3. Schedule Your Own Delivery

You choose when your order arrives.

1. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email and/or text with a scheduling link, or you can schedule by emailing sales@jounswholesale.com.
2. Select the delivery date and time window that works for you from the available options.
3. You will receive a confirmation of your scheduled date.
4. If you have not scheduled within [X business days], we will contact you by email to arrange a date.

Changes and rescheduling: You can change your delivery date up to [24/48 hours] before the scheduled date at no charge by emailing sales@jounswholesale.com. For air freight orders, changes may be limited once the shipment has been booked.

Please be available: Someone should be present to receive and inspect the delivery, unless you authorize unattended drop-off in writing or at scheduling.

4. Delivery Timing

• This range includes 1-2 business days of processing. The exact arrival depends on your location, route availability, and flight schedules for air shipments.
• The delivery date you select determines final arrival, within the available scheduling window.
• We do not deliver to [P.O. boxes / U.S. territories / international addresses].

5. Items Restricted from Air Transport

Certain items cannot travel by air under federal regulations (for example, [flammable liquids, aerosols, batteries, compressed gases, and other hazardous materials]). If your order includes such items, we will arrange alternative delivery and contact you by email if your delivery date is affected.

6. Taxes

Sales tax is applied at checkout where required by law, based on your delivery address. Free shipping does not change the sales tax on your order.

7. Delivery Updates

You will receive updates by [email/text] when your delivery is scheduled and on delivery day. For air shipments, we will share tracking details when available. Email us anytime at sales@jounswholesale.com for the status of your order.

8. Delivery Issues

• Incorrect address: Please double-check your address at checkout. If we deliver to an address you provided incorrectly, re-delivery fees may apply.
• Missed delivery: If no one is available, we will contact you by email to reschedule.
• Access and unloading: Please make sure a truck can reach the delivery location. [Specify: curbside / dock / inside delivery.]
• Delays: Weather, traffic, vehicle issues, and flight disruptions may occasionally affect delivery. We will notify you of any changes.
• Damaged or missing items: Inspect your order at delivery and note any problems with the driver. Email sales@jounswholesale.com within [48 hours / 7 days] with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
