2. Orders and Minimums

  • All orders must meet our minimum order amount of $5,000.
  • Delivery is available within the USA, CANADA & worldwide.
  • Orders undergo multiple quality checks. While shortages or errors are rare, if they occur, we stand behind our shipments and will take immediate corrective action.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made in full before shipment unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • We accept payments via wire transfer only.
  • Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer delivery within the USA, CANADA & Worldwide, subject to minimum order amounts and delivery schedules by county.
  • Upon receipt, please carefully inspect all shipments. For UPS deliveries, note any damaged or opened boxes on the delivery receipt or refuse delivery.
  • Do not discard packaging or products if there is damage, shortage, or incorrect items until the claim is resolved.

5. Returns and Claims

  • Claims for shortages, damages, or incorrect shipments must be reported immediately with supporting documentation.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities and correct any printing or pricing errors.
  • Products are sold for resale only and are not intended for minors.

7. Limitation of Liability
