Do you offer extra discounts on large quantities?

Please note that buying 50-100 different items in multi-case quantities, is a rather normal practice with many of our customers, while we do very much appreciate it,  we do not consider that unusual.

Our prices are very competitive, they are designed specifically to attract large buyers. We do not have a set  price for mega quantities, but if there is any one or two items that you would like to buy  in unusual quantities (like pallet quantities),  let us know the quantity, and let us also know, your target price (or the price you are paying now).

Do you offer special prices for distributors or wagon jobbers?

How long have you been in business?

Joun’s Wholesale Inc. has been proudly serving distributors and wagon jobbers since 2018 through our California branch. Our Florida branch, which operates as our Fulfillment Center handling logistics, warehousing, and shipping, has been in operation since 2021. Together, these locations enable us to efficiently serve clients across multiple regions with quality products and reliable service.

I don't know you! Why should I trust you?

That's a very good question! 

This is one of hardest questions that I ever had to answer, yet I have to deal with this question quite often, that is every time we have a new customer,  who  never heard of Joun's Wholesale inc.. 

There is really no fool-proof way to answer this question, I guess the only thing I can do here, is pound on my chest and say, I am this and I am that, so let me start with a few facts:

  We have been in business since 2018 We have customers in every state of the union, We have been doing business on the national and international scenes  for a long time,  ( I'll bet you never heard  anything negative about us).

We own and operate a large Warehouse  with total yearly sales of Many millions dollars. We have (approximately) 7000 customers nationwide

When it comes to trust, everyone is different, some people are more suspicious than others (I guess it is a matter of personal experience)  and nothing can change that..

If you never heard of us and you are worried about trusting us, why not try us out?  place a small order with us, and see how it goes.  If everything goes ok and you are satisfied  then place a larger order.

I don't have a business! Would you sell me?

Absolutely not!  You must be in business to buy from us, in fact we reserve the right to ask any New-User for a proof that he does have an active business entity , the proof may consist of sales-tax bills,  tax-id-number,  or some other documents as we see fit. . 

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes. At Joun’s Wholesale Inc., our minimum order requirement is $5,000. We are a true wholesale operation, and this policy allows us to maintain competitive pricing and efficient service for our distributor and wagon jobber customers. Local delivery and nationwide shipping are both available for qualifying orders.

Ordering & Payment

Do you have credit terms ?

Sorry, with our current business model, we do not offer credit terms at this time. All orders must be paid in full before shipment. We focus on maintaining competitive pricing and fast service by operating on a payment-upfront basis.

Do you accept credit cards?

No, we do not accept credit cards at this time. All payments must be made via bank wire transfer. This helps us keep our operations efficient and pricing competitive for our wholesale clients.

Do you ship COD?

No, we do not offer COD shipping. All orders must be paid in full via bank wire transfer before shipment. This policy ensures smooth processing and timely delivery for all our wholesale clients.

How do I pay you?

All payments to Joun’s Wholesale Inc. must be made via bank wire transfer. We do not accept credit cards, checks, or COD payments. Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with our bank details to complete the transaction. Payment must be received in full before we process and ship your order.

After sales

How long will it take you to ship my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received and confirmed. Shipping times may vary depending on the size of the order and delivery location. Our team will provide tracking details and updates once your shipment is on the way.

How can I determine the freight charge for my order?

Freight charges are calculated based on the order size, weight, destination, and shipping method. Once your order details are confirmed, our team will provide you with a shipping quote before finalizing the invoice. You’re also welcome to use your own freight carrier if preferred—just let us know at the time of order.

Can I arrange to pick up my order?

Yes, you can arrange to pick up your order. Please contact us in advance to schedule a pickup time. Once your payment is confirmed and your order is ready, we’ll provide you with the pickup location and instructions.

Do you back order items not shipped?

No, we do not backorder out-of-stock items. If a product is unavailable at the time of shipping, it will be removed from your invoice and not charged. You’re welcome to reorder the item when it becomes available again.

Do you ship internationally ?

Yes, we do ship internationally. International orders must be prepaid via bank wire transfer, and buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their country. Please contact us with your order details and destination for a shipping quote.

Do you have an outside salesman?

Currently, Joun’s Wholesale Inc. does not have outside sales representatives. However, our dedicated sales team is available by phone and email to assist you with your orders and inquiries.

What if something is missing from my shipment?

All orders undergo a vigorous amount of checking ,double-checking and triple-checking, it is very rare that something is short.... 

But, we are only humans.....

We absolutely  do stand behind everything we ship, and if a shortage does take place or wrong merchandise was shipped,  we will take immediate steps to correct the situation.

When receiving your shipment you must write  clearly the number  of cases you received along with your signature, 

If this is a UPS shipment  indicate with your signature any damaged boxes, or refuse them.  If you suspect that a case (that was shipped UPS)  has been opened and resealed also refuse it.

In case of a shortage a damage, or wrong items, please do not throw away the cartons or anything  else, until your claim is processed, this will help speed things up.

What are the expiration dates on your merchandise?

All the merchandise we ship is fresh, anyway we stand behind everything we ship.

Do you make deliveries with your own trucks?

Yes, we do! Joun’s Wholesale Inc. offers delivery within the USA, with specific minimum order amounts and delivery days based on region or county.
